Processed my emotions and created an eye-catcher

Updated: Oct 17

I genuinely feel like a part of me is in this artwork. I often work with my intuition to paint, so usually, I let go of my inhibitions.

Today, I felt like the paper and my intuition were not in sync. I think that is okay too.

On the bright side, I feel free when I use a big paper or canvas. I feel like I have the world at my feet.

I let out all my emotions

that I wasn't able to process for a while. I find it important to process all my emotions. As a highly sensitive person (HSP), I have been criticized for having many emotions. Little do people understand how intimate it can be to be in touch with all our emotions.

I am not a therapist, but I am an advocate of using art to express oneself and process information.

I say that because of the difference I see daily. The measurable difference might be less. However, it is enough to make me feel confident and for me to get on with my day.

Art might not solve stimulation problems, but it can support one in managing them.
