Highly sensitive people usually have a special relationship with plants, animals, and trees.
They feel more at peace when they are surrounded by nature. For example, I have a pious relationship with butterflies and bees.
In all honesty, I find them to be friendlier than human beings and cats :p.
For example, this week, I had a heart-warming experience with a butterfly. On a mundane day, I stepped out into a garden. I was fully stimulated by long hours of laptop usage. Luckily, a black butterfly caught my attention. It kept flying around me and in different directions.
I felt like a child, as I was pacing in different directions too. Just for fun, I was chasing it, and the butterfly was trying to make me smile.
This is an example of the ways nature can benefit highly sensitive people. High sensitivity helps us connect to little beings that can help us.
Today, I was thinking about a blog topic. I realized I could showcase my relationship with nature as a highly sensitive person through abstract art. The abstract art attached to this post represents my relationship with my sensitivity, intuition, and nature. I have utilized my intuition and imagination to make this art. It is made with acrylics and a small-sized, flat brush. The colors used in this artwork are parrot green, dark green, lemon yellow, and white.
Dear highly sensitive and sensitive readers, nature and abstract art may seem unfamiliar. That doesn't mean that they cannot help us with our sensitive journeys.
I encourage sensitives to step out of a routine and welcome artistic wonders into their life. After all, nature is also an artistic wonder :).
