I laughed with paints

A few weeks ago, I went out to clear my mind. My creative block disappeared when I got back home.

I put on cheerful music and began painting. At one point, I could hear myself laugh out loud.

I used a massive canvas for painting (19 * 30 inches). I have to say, sometimes, using a bigger canvas can be fun.

In my life, I have overcome many overwhelming situations. This particular painting reminded me that it is essential to have fun.

I told myself that it was important to remember that I was allowed to laugh out loud.

So, highly sensitive readers, I am finding new ways to bring happiness into my life. I find happiness through abstract art, self-improvement, and working with other highly sensitive people (HSPs).

I am listening to myself.

How about you?
